The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Recruitment 2026 for posts of 5500 Constable. Candidates with 12TH Can Apply Online. The online application opens on 11-01-2026, and closes on 25-01-2026. The candidate shall apply online through HSSC website, hssc.gov.in.

Educational Qualification: 10+2 from a recognized education Board/Institution
Language Requirement: Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard or higher education
Additional Note: No extra weightage will be given for any higher education
CET Requirement: Candidates must have qualified Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group-C with minimum 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for reserved category

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years for all CET Group C qualified candidates as on 01.01.2026
Age Relaxation: 5 years relaxation for Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories as per Government instructions
For Ex-servicemen: The break in service between the date of discharge and 1st day of the month (01.01.2026) in which enrolment process is started, shall not exceed four years as per rule 12.24 (1) (c) of Punjab Police Rules, 1934
Special Note for Previous Applicants: For candidates who applied against Advt. 14/2024, age limit was 18-25 years as on 01.09.2024. However, they must apply afresh
