Requirements

Educational Qualification:
. Educational Qualification (Essential)
MBA (Finance / Systems / Operations / Hospital Administration) OR
B.Pharm OR
B.Tech.
2. Post-Qualification Experience
Deputy Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or in relevant area as specified in the tasks for the position. Preference for experience in Pharma / Diagnostic Laboratory operations.
Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant area.
Age Limit:
Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026.
Assistant Manager: Maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2026.
The crucial date for determining age limit is same as the cut-off date for calculating qualification and post-qualification experience.
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates eligible for relaxation as per Government of India directives.
SC/ST candidates must submit caste certificate in prescribed format for Government of India posts.
OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer OBC certificate in prescribed format.
Job Tasks / Responsibilities
Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits as per approved audit plan.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations and industry standards.
Identify system gaps or weaknesses and recommend corrective improvements.
Document audit observations and present findings to management.
Support special assignments including investigations and management reviews.
Audit Pharmacy / Diagnostic Laboratory operations.
Work on Quality Control, Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance.

Salary/Pay Scale:
Deputy Manager: Basic pay range Rs. 25,000 – 45,000 per month; approximate gross salary Rs. 49,700 per month (Non-Metro) at minimum of scale; annual CTC approx. Rs. 7.14 lakhs.
Assistant Manager: Basic pay range Rs. 20,000 – 40,000 per month; approximate gross salary Rs. 39,760 per month (Non-Metro) at minimum of scale; annual CTC approx. Rs. 5.77 lakhs.
Engagement is on Executive Fixed Term Contract basis.
