Qualifications (varies by post):
Manager Level: MBA or equivalent degree from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks with 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in managerial capacity.
Deputy Manager Level: Post Graduate degree from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager Level: Post Graduate with at least 60% marks from recognized University/Institute with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Junior Manager (Technical Posts): B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics OR Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute with minimum 60% marks in regular mode with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Junior Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant OR Graduation with at least 60% marks with 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Educational qualifications must be from recognized Universities/Institutes in regular mode.
Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in qualifying examination consistently good academic records required.
Relevant work experience as specified for each position mandatory.
Desirable:
Good verbal and written communication skills for most positions.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and online learning platforms.
For technical posts: Strong programming skills, knowledge of latest technologies, certifications like CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware etc.
Working experience with IIMs/IITs/NITs or Institutes of national importance preferred.
Preference to Agniveer applicants subject to fulfilling prescribed qualifications and experience.

Programme Assistant Posts: Maximum 35 years
Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager Posts: Maximum 40 years
Manager and Senior Manager Posts: Maximum 45 years
Age Relaxation: Age limit is relaxable to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD category as per Central Government rules. Necessary certificate(s) as prescribed by Government of India must be attached.
