The IIT Indian School of Mines Dhanbad (IIT ISM Dhanbad) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 10 Junior Superintendent, Junior Technician posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official IIT ISM Dhanbad website. The last date to submit the application form is 24-10-2025.

Junior Technician (Library): Graduate plus Bachelor of Library Science (minimum 55% marks) or Master of Library Science (minimum 55% marks) or equivalent Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in Library Science with at least 2 years’ relevant library experience in a reputed organisation.
Junior Technician (Medical): Class 10th with 3-years Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in Pharmacy / Physiotherapy or 10+2 with 2-year Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in Pharmacy / Physiotherapy.
Junior Superintendent (Library): M. Lib.Sc. / MLISc or equivalent from recognized University /Institute with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree. OR Master's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with and also B. Lib.Sc./ BLISc with at least 55% marks from recognized University/Institute. Post Graduate Diploma / Certificate Course in Computer Application / Library Automation from a recognized Institute with minimum of 06 months duration.

Maximum Age limit: 35 Years
Maximum Age limit for Junior Technician: 30 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

For all other Candidates: Rs. 500/-
Recruitment Fees are exempted in respect of the candidates belonging to eligible categories as per GoI norms
