Requirements

Educational Qualification:

M.E./M.Tech degree should be with an aggregate minimum of 60% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent from recognized university.
/B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. degree should be with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale or equivalent from recognized university.

Age Limit:

For Research Scientist : (M.Sc based) Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
For Research Scientist : (M.Tech based) Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
For Research Associate - I Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
For Junior Research FellowMaximum Age Limit: 28 Years

Research Scientist: 56,100/-
Research Associate-I: Monthly emoluments of Rs 58,000/- will be given
Junior Research Fellow: 37,000/
