PG Degree/PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/ IR /IRPM/HR/HRM or MBA (Personnel Management/HR/HRM) minimum of two years full time duration.
Chief General Manager/M-10 (Coal):

Degree in Mining Engineering, and
First Class Manager Certificate of Competency under CMR issued by DGMS for coal.
Chief General Manager/M-10 (Contracts):

Degree in in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil branch of Engineering.
Chief General Manager/M-10 (Geology):

M.Sc./M.Tech. /M.Sc. (Tech.) in Geology.

Minimum Age Limit: 45 Years
Maximum Age limit: 53 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
