Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Graduation from Government recognised University or Institution
Preferred: MBA (Banking/ Finance/ Marketing) / Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP /CFA
Indian Citizens only
Candidates against whom there is/are adverse report regarding character & antecedents, moral turpitude etc. are not eligible
Candidates furnishing false information/suppressing facts will be disqualified
Teaching & Training experience will not be counted for eligibility

Age Limit:

VP Wealth (SRM): Minimum 26 Years, Maximum 42 Years
AVP Wealth (RM): Minimum 23 Years, Maximum 35 Years
Customer Relationship Executive: Minimum 20 Years, Maximum 35 Years
Relaxation as per GOI guidelines for reserved categories

General/OBC/EWS: ₹750
SC/ST/PwBD: Nil

Salary/Pay Scale:

VP Wealth (SRM): CTC Upper Range ₹44.70 Lakhs (Fixed ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
AVP Wealth (RM): CTC Upper Range ₹30.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
Customer Relationship Executive: CTC Upper Range ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
