Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a University established by law in India or recognized equivalent qualification
Essential Skills: Minimum speed of 9000 key depression per hour in English Typing
Computer Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computer operation including Windows and Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Note: Test of knowledge of computer operation shall be of qualifying nature with minimum 40% marks required

Minimum Age: 21 years (Date of Birth should not be after 01 July 2004)
Maximum Age: 42 years (Date of Birth should not be before 02 July 1983)
Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC: 05 years
Age Relaxation for Freedom Fighter Dependents: 05 years
Age Relaxation for Persons with Disabilities: 10 years
Age Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen: As per service period deduction rules (maximum 03 years above upper age limit permissible)
Age Relaxation for High Court Staff: 05 years relaxation may be made by Chief Justice in suitable cases
